It's important to us that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for whatever reason you would like a return, we offer a 30-days return & exchange policy from the day the item was received. Within this period, you'll receive a full refund excluding any postage or shipping charges. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the original packaging, as well as accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

If a product was damaged or faulty upon delivery, we sincerely apologize and offer 100% refund.

After we've received and inspected the returned item, we'll send you a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your return. If the refund is approved, then it'll be processed and credited back to your original payment method, where the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for your returned order to be processed and a refund issued. 

If you requested your order to be cancelled within 24-72 hours from when the order was placed, you will see a reversal instead of a refund. This means that there is no sign of a refund, but a reversal removes the original charge for the order. If you asked for a part of your order to be cancelled within 24-72 hours from when the order was placed, then the reversal would show the original payment, minus the refunded amount.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped out. 

Clearance Items

Purchases of clearance items and gift cards are final and unfortunately cannot be refunded. Regular priced items may be refunded according to the above. 


If the original order was damaged, we sincerely apologize if this is the case and do offer exchanges. In order to exchange an item, please submit a return by visiting our Returns Center and select "Product damaged on arrival" as the return reason and we'll be in touch.
